• Other countries:15-60days. 

• We are not responsible for any delays or charges due to overseas customs or postage delay.

 

Return Policy：

• If within 30 days of purchase, any product you buy from Jolmo Lander online store does not meet your expectations, you can return the product to us for a full refund.

• You are responsible for return postage costs and refunds will exclude the original shipping cost paid ,especially if item is being returned for reasons other than damaged or wrong items.

• All returned items must be in new, resalable condition including packaging and accessories. All returns must be organized with us before you send.We aim to process returned orders within two working days.When returned items have been refunded you will be notified by email.
